Sauted Cabbage and Broccoli Slaw (Quorn Chicken cutlets optional)

Mix all this together. Saute to taste!

Add Quorn's Chicken cutlets for an added feature (NOTE- Quorn products contain egg)


Make a large pan of it, and eat when ever you are hungry during the first 3 days of the cleanse. It is a nice quick go-to option that will fill you up, and keep you satisfied
