Use this as a PP Phase 1 dressing or as an alternative vegan mayo substitute!
Start with a magic bullet or small blender.
Put in 1 cup water
the juice of a lime and lemon
a teaspoon of Sea Salt ( or to taste)
and FRESH cilantro (not necessary for mayo)
ADD 2 AVOCADOS!!!
BLEND IT UP!
Taste it. Stop at this point if you like the taste as a dressing.
OR
add a few splashes of rice vinegar for more zing- like a mayo. Keep adding until desired taste.
Store in a glass jar! Use this as a dressing or as an alternative vegan mayo substitute.
