(recipe below video)
1) Soak 3 cups (dried) beans (any beans or lentils ) over night for this we used the 15 bean mix as shown in the video
2) pressure cook for 40 mins / rinse and set aside
3) Pressure cook millet for 30 mins.
4) Saute chopped onions, celery, mushrooms in thyme, sage, sea salt.
5) Add a cup of soaked ground flax seed
6) mix in pressure cooked millet
Place mixture on parchment paper in an oven safe dish and put in oven for 60 mins, at 400*. Let cool and form before serving!
