PP Vegan "Crab Cakes"

Eating clean and healthy feels great! It supports all my anti aging efforts, as well as creative vibes for all my many endeavors! Whether it's providing an amazing eyebrow treatment for my clients, cooking in the kitchen, or painting my next fine artwork! I know you'll will love this meal, it's so tasty without consuming animal products, and what's even better is that the plant based ingredients cost less too!





Ingredients

14 ounces - Hearts of Palm

2 celery stalks diced

1/2 yellow onion diced

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

2 tablespoons cassava flour

1 vegan egg OR

1 cup soaked ground flax

1/4 cup blanched almond flour

3 tablespoons Avocado oil

Optional: I added a handful

of chopped seaweed



Form the crab mixture evenly sized cakes . Gently pat almond flour onto the

outside of each one, then refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until cakes hold together.


Then, heat Avocado oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Cook crab cakes until

browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Gently flip and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes
