PP Vegan 2-Ingredient Crackers!

Who knew you could make a Compliant Cracker with only 2 Ingredients! In this video demonstration below, we used Garbanzo Beans and soaked ground Flax Seed! Being Vegan, our rules and phases are a little different. For those who consume animal products, the inclusion of PRESSURE COOKED legumes and lentils begins slowly in Phase 3, however, Vegans can begin to include these items in Phase 2. Please be sure to soak them overnight, and pressure cook them long enough for maximum health benefits!
