PP Phase 2 compliant; Vegan Black Bean Brownies. Kid Approved!


I just made these tonight, so it will take me a minute to post all the details. but here's the STUFF I put in it!




soak the black beans overnight, then pressure cook them for 30 minutes.

Be sure to rinse the beans thoroughly! Use in many dishes like the Black Bean and Quorn Crumble "taco" filling. THEN, put that filling on a salad, or in a lettuce wrap. For phase 3 you can put it in a white flour tortilla with a homemade hummus- using pressure cooked chickpeas and top it with the homemade vegan "cheese"!
